Specialized Support

Specialized support for one-time or custom projects that require focused expertise, strategic guidance, or hands-on professional services tailored to your business needs. Rates begin at $325 for the first 3 hours and increase at $95/hour thereafter. The total amount will be discussed and must be approved by both parties prior to start of services. Services include: 

• Strategic planning support for leaders and small organizations
• Development or refinement of leadership frameworks and tools
• Creation of professional documents (proposals, reports, policies, presentations, training guides)
• Editing, formatting, and preparation of manuscripts or workbooks
• Curriculum design for leadership, personal development, or workforce programs
• Customized program enhancement and structure development for coaching or training initiatives
• Grant preparation, narrative support, or program alignment review
• Leadership communication drafting (letters, statements, presentations)
• Organizational assessments or workflow recommendations
• Branding and messaging refinement for leadership-based projects
• Train the trainer customized curriculum to address workplace performance and operatinal gaps
• One-time operational or administrative support for strategic initiatives
